Here are some things I do to keep you safe:

1. I wipe down all surfaces with 70% alcohol or disinfectant wipes before I set up my makeup station.

2. I wash my hands for 30 seconds before I begin services.

3. I use hand sanitizer as an extra step before I start services and in between clients.

4. I use new, clean brushes on every client that have been washed in soap and hot water. No brush is used on more than one person.

5. I never double-dip directly into beauty products to avoid contamination.

6. I always scrape, scoop, and dip products to a clean, disinfected metal palette or paper towel (one per client).

7. I never apply mascara or lipstick/gloss on you right out of the tube. When applying mascara or lipstick/gloss, I always use new, disposable mascara or lip wands for each application, and I never double-dip.

8. I sanitize all my tools, from tweezers to lash curlers, and wipe down all products before I pack my kit and after I complete a job. This keeps from cross-contaminating other products inside my kit.

9. After every client, I clean the working surface and always prepare a new, clean area to work on.

10. I continue to wear a mask during services and I will limit the number of people permitted in our work area.

In addition to these everyday steps, I am also being extra diligent to ensure that if I am exhibiting any signs or symptoms of illness, i will remain home. Likewise, if you have an upcoming appointment with me and aren’t feeling your best, I will not be able to perform your service.
